Firm analysis is the first step in this process and covers the assessment of the current standing of a firm in line with its goals and requests as well as the performance of a gap analysis.
In order for a firm to attain its corporate goals, it needs to develop a comprehensive strategic plan. Furthermore, the details of the firm’s current standing such as organization, processes and systems should be studied and analyzed in order to define the strategic plan. As Escarus, we run a comprehensive gap analysis to define the firm’s priority areas and room for improvement.
Gap analysis at strategic, operational and/or organizational level helps conduct a comprehensive analysis in line with the goals of the company to report the differences between the targeted standing and the current standing and to identify methods and approaches to improve shortcomings. Furthermore, multiple sources of information can be used in gap analysis to detail corporate performance including but not limited to customer and consumer feedback and employee comments.
